Józef CHIEROWSKI

Chierowski was particularly gifted at creating furniture and accessories that combined clean, functional aesthetics with high levels of user comfort. Among his most famous creations is the 366 armchair, now considered a classic of Polish design. In addition to his furniture design work, Chierowski also worked on numerous architectural projects, such as houses, public buildings and urban spaces. His design vision was marked by a strong focus on user needs, durability and simplicity of materials and forms. His contribution to Polish design is considered major, and his influence is still felt today, both in Poland and abroad.
