On classified ads, sellers post their products for sale directly, without any control of the site. While this allows a large quantity of ads to be offered, the risks are numerous and the quality is not always there: no or little control of the sellers, no control of the products offered, often no integrated payment system, no delivery system, and even less customer service to answer all your questions.

All furniture for sale on Design Market are original second-hand or vintage design pieces. They have been checked by our professional experts.
Some parts may have imperfections, signs of wear and tear, scratches or marks of age. For this reason, we try to describe as accurately as possible the characteristics of each item for sale and its state of preservation. You can view this information on each product sheet, as well as photos of the piece.

Design Market only offers original vintage models: armchairs, chairs, sofas, tables, desks, shelves, dressers, etc. You will not find any cheap reproduction on our website. All products are original design products checked by our team of professional experts before publication on the site
How to place an order

When you have found the designer furniture you would like to purchase, click on "Add to Cart" and follow the ordering process. You will be able to choose your preferred payment method and receive your order at home in a few clicks!
The available payment methods to date are: Credit card (Visa, Master Card, Carte Bleue, American Express, 3x/4x payment), Paypal and Bank transfer.
Unfortunately, you cannot reserve a piece if you are a private individual, but only if you are a professional. In order to be sure to get the piece you have spotted, we recommend you to place an order as soon as possible, this is still the safest solution.
If you are a business customer, please contact our customer service department who will be able to answer any questions you may have.
If you encounter a payment error, there are several reasons why:
> Payment error: your bank account has insufficient funds or you have exceeded your weekly or monthly card limit. Please contact your bank, who will be able to release the limit in a few minutes, and you can place your order again.
> Input error: if you encounter an input error, our website will indicate this. You can reorder by checking the information entered (card number, expiry date, cryptogram on the back)
> 3D Secure error: when you pay by credit card on our site, you will receive a verification SMS on your mobile phone. You enter the code provided to validate your purchase. If you do not receive an SMS, please contact your bank to authorise payment by mobile phone.
For any question, our Customer Service is at your disposal by phone or email.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can send us an email to the address at the bottom of the page specifying your name, order reference. If your order has not yet been dispatched, do notwe will refund you in full. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be changed and you will have to wait for your order to be delivered before returning it, with the cost of returning it being your responsibility.
Once the item has been received and checked by the gallery, you will be refunded for your order.
After payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your purchase invoice. In addition, your invoice is also available in your customer account, under the heading My Orders.
Delivery and Returns

Delivery charges depend on the contents of your order, your delivery address and the shipping option you choose. An estimate of these costs per country is provided on each product page, above the "Add to cart" button. For certain delivery zones, simply add the product(s) to your basket and follow the checkout process to get a shipping quote by Email within 48 hours.
We deliver worldwide! And of course, everywhere in France and Europe. Some remote and difficult to access areas will however deserve a call from you to see what can be done, depending on the parts you want to order. For example, North Africa, the Middle East and certain islands are sometimes difficult to deliver large pieces of furniture. For these delivery areas, you can contact our Customer Service for more information.
We pay particular attention to the delivery of the vintage and designer second-hand furniture you order on our site, working with specialised transporters used to handling this type of object. These partners allow us to transport large or fragile furniture with the necessary precautions and proper handling.
Smaller and non-fragile items (accessories, light fittings, posters etc.) are sent by parcel post. ) are sent as parcels via express delivery services (UPS, DHL, Colissimo or equivalent) and will be delivered directly to your home without an appointment.
Whatever the mode of transport, each delivery is insured for the value of the object in order to be able to cover any eventuality.
Pieces for sale on Design Market are often rare and fragile, so special care must be taken during their transport. Thanks to our network of specialised transporters, we can offer you careful delivery within an average of 2 to 3 weeks in mainland France, depending on the place of delivery and the nature of the items ordered. As for new products, the delivery time is the one indicated on the product sheet.
The pieces we sell are rare and fragile. They require specialised transporters. However, if you require express delivery, please contact our customer service department for a customised quote (please note that this non-standard delivery method is subject to a surcharge depending on the product and the delivery address).
Unfortunately, the items are shipped independently of each other, and will arrive separately at your shipping address. This is because thepieces for sale on Design Market are sourced from galleries and antique dealers located throughout Europe.

Yes you can! If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to contact our customer service, then you can return your order to the address we will provide (return shipping costs to be paid by you). Your refund will be issued upon verification of the returned product. For more information, please see our terms and conditions of sale.
We try to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products and to present photos as faithful as possible to the products, in order to avoid any kind of inconvenience.
If you believe that the product delivered does not conform to the description on our site, you have 48 hours after delivery to send us your complaint by email, accompanied by photos proving this non-conformity. If this is validated by our services, you will then have the choice between an exchange of your product or a refund if this is impossible.
