About this vintage design furniture

Artisan Kokeshi doll in XXL size. The origin of these dolls dates back more than 200 years. It is thought that Japanese wood craftsmen began making them to offer them to tourists. Spiritual meanings are also attributed to them, such as the desire to have a healthy child. It is also said that they could be representations of deceased children and that they kept their souls.
