About this vintage design furniture

These Fuga sconces were designed in the late 1950s by Finnish architect Maija Liisa Komulainen for RAAK Amsterdam. Each sconce is made up of three tubes, designed like organ pipes, in aluminum, copper-plated on the outside and enamelled on the inside, connected by a metal wall bracket. These four sconces are Fuga's largest models, each tube featuring two porcelain sockets with E26/E27 bulbs. These sconces are emblematic RAAK pieces, testimony to the Space Age, highly decorative and as modern as ever. This set of four sconces dates from the late 60's. They have been restored, electrified and are in very good condition. Reference : 309114
