Luigi MASSONI

During his career, Luigi Massoni produced remarkable creations in various fields of design, including furniture, lighting, kitchen accessories, decorative objects and more. He also worked on interior architecture projects, and was in charge of design for the World's Fairs in Montreal in 1967 and Osaka in 1970.

Luigi Massoni was a visionary designer who combined modernity and Italian tradition in his creations. In particular, he was one of the pioneers of Italian design in the 1950s and 1960s, characterized by a clean, functional and elegant aesthetic. His most famous creations include the "Frisbi" table lamp for Flos, the "9090" tea set for Alessi and the "Metropolitan" sofa for Poltrona Frau.
