Ceiling Lamp by Aloys F. Gangkofner for Erco Leuchten, Germany Lüdenscheid 1960s. A very interesting and decorative lamp. 1 x E27 Edison screw fit bulb holder, is rewired and in working condition. It runs both on 110230 Volt.

About the designer
Alois Ferdinand GANGKOFNER
Alois Ferdinand Gangkofner (1920-2003) was a German designer and master glassmaker. Born in Bavaria, Gangkofner studied at the Zwiesel glass school and then worked as an assistant in several glass studios in Germany. In 1949, he became artistic director of the glass company Peill & Putzler in Düren, where he created many modern and innovative glass pieces.
