About this vintage design furniture
Model 43 Armchair in oak and yellow fabric designed by Erik Kirkegaard for Høng Stolefabrik in 1956. The chairs are probably produced in the 1960s. The comfortable chairs feature a simple minimalistic design and will do well on their own or in a group. Frames of the chairs have been restored - fabric on the backrest on some of the chairs need reupholstery.

Erik KIRKEGAARD
Erik Kirkegaard (1925-1982) was a Danish designer known for his work on wooden and rattan furniture. He studied at the Royal Danish School of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and worked for several Danish furniture manufacturers.
