About this vintage design furniture
This teak enfilade was designed by John Herbert for A.Younger Ltd in the mid-twentieth century.
This enfilade, also known as the "Sequence", offers a fantastic mid-century design and, like all furniture produced more recently, has been manufactured to exceptional standards.
It features two spacious double cupboards with interior shelving and four long drawers, the first of which is made up of wooden dividers.
Details on the handles and legs give this enfilade its distinctive character.
Both elegant and functional, its modern, minimalist design and rounded shapes give it a streamlined aesthetic that's easy to integrate into any interior.

About the designer
John HERBERT
John Herbert was a British industrial designer, born in 1929 and died in 2007. He studied at the Royal College of Art in London in the 1950s and began his career working for the English furniture manufacturer Ercol.
