About this vintage design furniture
Large vintage 60's-70's oval coffee table by designer Hugues Poignant, teak base, large thick oval transparent glass top, white Carrarre marble lower tabletop with attractive light gray veining, very fine design, very good overall condition with surface micro-scratches on the marble and glass tops, and 3 slightly larger scratches on the glass top, teak base in very good condition.

About the designer
Hugues POIGNANT
Hugues Poignant is a French designer born in Lorient in 1956. He studied interior architecture at the Ecole Camondo in Paris and went on to work as a designer in several renowned Parisian agencies.
