Vintage Cantilever Chairs S 34 by Mart Stam for Thonet, 1980s. Set of 6. The classic Bauhaus design model 34 armchair designed in 1927 by Mart Stam for Thonet, Germany. Frame in tubular chromed steel with seat and backrest in thick black saddle leather. Armrests in black beech wood. Very comfortable and stylish dining room chairs, that will fit in any interior or style. Makers mark stamped on the underside of each chair. Height of armrests: 67 centimeters. Very good vintage condition. Patina consistent with age and use. Leather has been cleaned and treated with high quality clear leather dressing. Ready for use. Reference : 288697
