About this vintage design furniture
Luxurious and exceptional sideboard with double book-matched rosewood veneer,. Lemonwood, Mother of Pearl and Walnut marquetry inlays depicting butterflies and Amaranth flowers.
Serpentine front with Rosewood diamond parquetry.
Doucine molded Mahogany highlights the bottom frame, below which feet with brass Sabots.
Solid brass discs crown the slightly tapered columns.
Sycamore interior with adjustable shelves.
Each of the four doors are lockable and come with the original locks and solid brass keys
Excellent refinished condition.
Can be disassembled for installation.

About the designer
Jules LELEU
Jules Leleu (1883-1961) was a French interior designer and decorator famous for his Art Deco style. Born in Boulogne-sur-Mer, he began his career working in his father's decorating business before setting up his own firm in 1919.
