About this vintage design furniture
Rare coffee table "Homage to Jean Cocteau" designed by Jean Marais and published by Poltrona in Italy in 1972. Resting on three black wrought iron legs, with a sculpted and textured top painted in off-white. The two sculpted fields represent faces in profile, very poetic, in the manner of Jean Cocteau's profile drawings. This was a very confidential edition, only a few pieces were made and sold. This coffee table is in a very good vintage condition.
