Dimensions: 49x47x76x42cm (Width x Depth x Height x Seat Height) This beautiful set of vintage dining chairs, model 351 designed by Georg Leowald was Manufactured by Wilkhahn, Germany. The set features 4 chairs of massive bright wood. The seats are made out rattan wickerwork. This chair is very simple in its design with yet elegant proportions, and nicely handcrafted details. The chairs are offered in used condition, the seats show some signs of wear and tear, as in scratches and smaller faults as well as discolorations, but yet strong and firm.The frames of the chairs are solid with no weakness to the joints and show scratches and bumps and discolorations. Georg Leowald was a German designer who was born in Düsseldorf in 1924 and died in 2014. He studied industrial design at the Ulm School of Design in Germany, an institution renowned for its training in modern design.
