Wooden chair designed by the Italian designer Enzo Mari in 1974. "The beauty of the object lies in the simplicity of its manufacture.""Autoprogettazione", the project led by Enzo Mari in 1974 introduced a small revolution that is in complete correlation with the growing success of DIY (Do It Yourself).The Finnish furniture brand Artek put into production this exceptional idea, the Sedia1 chair by E. Mari in 2010. Enzo MARI

Enzo Mari was an Italian designer born on April 27, 1932 in Novara and died on October 19, 2020 in Milan. After studying at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, he worked as a graphic designer and taught industrial design at Milan Polytechnic.
