About this vintage design furniture
This easy chair was designed by Bauhaus student Selman Selmanagic in 1957. It has a thin laminated wooden frame and a spring core upholstery. The color of the fabric is curry. The armchair was produced by the German manufacturer Deutsche Werkstätten Hellerau. It is in a very good original vintage condition.

About the designer
Selman SELMANAGIC
Selman Selmanagic is a Bosnian designer born in 1951 in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. He studied sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo, then went on to study industrial design at the School of Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria.
