About this vintage design furniture
A wonderful easy chair designed by Louis van Teeffelen, manufactured by Wébé in the Netherlands around 1950. This iconic piece of Dutch design has the highly recognizable design that is typical for Van Teeffelen. Curved, elegant shapes that combine style and comfort makes this design such a sought-after piece. It is made of high quality teak wood in a beautiful, warm brown colour. The seat and back are newly upholstered in white cream fabric, adding nicely to it’s elegant style as well as the seating comfort. It remains in very good, vintage condition with only minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina
