Vintage Danish Rosewood Desk by Erik Riisager Hansen 1950s Danish mid-century modern free standing writing desk model 66 in Rosewood designed by Erik Risager Hansen for Haslev Møbelsnedkeri, Denmark. Stunning vivid grain pattern on all surfaces. Veneered tabletop with with raised edge on three sides in solid Rosewood. Wide bevelled apron and round tapered legs in solid Rosewood. Beautiful joints between apron and legs. Very deep drawers with integrated pulls, top drawers has sliding lids for use as extra workspace. This desk is of the highest possible quality craftsmanship and materials with a sculptural appearance. The design is minimalistic with beautiful details in every joint. Makers mark on underside. Excellent original vintage condition with only minimal signs of use. Cleaned, waxed and polished. Ready for use.
