About this vintage design furniture
Gordon Russell dining table from the Campden range in teak with rosewood veneer. It features slightly bowed ends which mirror the elliptical legs. Extendable, the centre section can be removed and stored underneath. This table has been restored, the legs show only minor marks commensurate with age and use. Good vintage condition.

1892 - 1980Gordon Russell (1892-1980) was a renowned British designer and cabinetmaker. Born into a family of artists, he studied at Birmingham Art College and began his career as a furniture designer for the Heal's chain of stores.
