About this vintage design furniture

Brutalist mid-century design by Finnish designer Nanny Still McKinney for the Dutch company RAAK in the 1960s. It is a copper suspension with thick glass and beautiful tulips are formed in the suspension. The tulip is included because he made it for the Netherlands.

About the designer

Nanny STILL

Nanny Still was a Finnish designer born in 1926 and died in 2009. She studied at the Central School of Arts and Crafts in Helsinki and began her career in the 1940s working for the famous Finnish glass company Riihimäen Lasi.
