Mid-century Danish high desk chest of drawers in teak and oak by Johannes Sorth for Nexø Møbelfabrik Bornholm. 2 sliding doors under the sliding writing surface. Above with open shelves and behind the revolving door with small drawers and open compartments. Denmark, 1950s. In very good vintage condition with normal signs of aging and traces of use. Ready to use. Size: 42.5 60.0 x 100.0 x 180.0 CM (D x W x H), recording height: 72.0 CM

About the designer
Johannes SORTH
Johannes Sorth was a renowned Danish designer who was born in 1937 and died in 2017. He is best known for his work in industrial design, particularly for his elegant modern furniture designs. Sorth studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, graduating in 1963.
