About this vintage design furniture
Mid-century set of 6 'P7' dining chairs designed by Roland Rainer in Vienna, Austria. Made by Emil and Alfred Pollak. Black lacquered frame and legs (original lacquer). Seats and backs in beech plywood. These chairs are stackable. Seat height: 44 cm Very good original condition, light wear consistent with age and use.

Roland RAINER
Roland Rainer was an Austrian architect and designer who was born in 1910 and died in 2004. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and began his career working for the Austrian architect Clemens Holzmeister.
