Pair of vintage armchairs by Alfred Hendrickx for Belform in the mid 50s. The chairs have a black lacquered wooden frame and come in the original upholstery. The elegant design with the organic shaped frame makes this a very decorative set. Both chairs stand in a good original condition.

Alfred Hendrickx was a Belgian designer and cabinetmaker who was born in Antwerp in 1910 and died in 1983. He is best known for his elegant modern furniture, which enjoyed great success in the 1950s and 1960s.
