About this vintage design furniture
Vintage Danish Modern Lounge Chair "Eton" by Takashi Okamura and Erik Marquardsen for Skipper Furniture, Denmark 1980s.
This classic Scandinavian Modern leather lounge chair was first designed by Børge Mogensen in the 1960s for his own house. Later on several manufactures has produced similar chairs and sofas. This is a very nice example from Skipper furniture from the 1980's.
Thick and soft black luxury leather on all surfaces. Down top seat cushions, poly down back cushions. Legs in solid stained beech. Very comfortable and snug.
Makers mark underneath.
Very good condition. Light patina consistent with age and use. Only few signs of use, please see photos. Ready to enjoy.
