About this vintage design furniture

The Scandinavian free-standing modular bookcase was designed in Norway in the 60s. It is made out of teak veneer with great care to detail (mostly in solid teak) and captivating carpentry solutions. Subtle lines of the base and slightly curved edges enhance the mid-century look of this piece. The secretary desk with practical metal compartments creates a functional space for home office work and shelves, a fluted glass cabinet, and a console provide a storage solution for books, decorations, and trinkets.  The unit consists of: - secretaire desk H:37 / W: 80/ D: 34 cm  - one fluted glass cabinet H: 50 / W: 80 / D: 38 cm - console with two drawers H: 15 / W: 80 / D: 31 cm - three shelves 20 cm deep - three rails 212 cm long  The shelves and cabinets mount using hooks on the back into the metal pegs hidden in the rails. Great original condition with very clean interiors of the cabinets and teak wood preserved with a layer of Danish oil. Reference : 269455
