About this vintage design furniture
"Congo" lounge chair designed by Theo Ruth for Artifort, 1952.
This chair has a unique construction. The back and seating are two separate elements that fit together to form this chair. The sloping legs nicely follow the lines of the seating and back. This chair show beautiful organic lines and curves, which contribute to the character of the chair.
Fully reupholstered in white woolen fabric.
