About this vintage design furniture
Max and Dominique PICARD aka J G PICARD enameled lava wall plate circa 1960.Fish design and abstract geometric pattern in the spirit of Calder.The signature is present at the base of the plate.There is a wall hanging system on the back.Length 75cm Height 45 cm.This couple of ceramists opened a workshop in Toulouse circa 1948-1949, where they produced Ceramic Plates, Plaques and Tables in bright and cheerful colors.
