About this vintage design furniture
The glass plate was designed by Josef Hospodka for Chribsk Sklarna in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s. The bowl, which can also function as an ashtray, was made of crystal glass, colored in mass and hand-formed. The item is dyed in honey colors fading into transparency. Very good condition, no damage, slight signs of use. About the designer
Josef HOSPODKA
Josef Michal Hospodka was a Czech designer who was born in 1923 and died in 1989. He studied at the School of Applied Arts in Prague, where he began working as a teacher after graduating.
