Vintage drawing table by Raymond Loewy Nike Eskislstuna 1950

About this vintage design furniture

Swedish brand architect's drawing table from the 50s, with the "Streamline" current design. This table can easily be converted into a dining table or a large desk as its top provides a horizontal position. Its originality lies in a hydraulic lifting system with a foot pedal to adjust the height of the tabletop. This device ensures great ease of use. The oak top can be tilted by means of a side handle. The cast iron base rests on an aluminium base plate. It is equipped with a chrome-plated steel footrest. The materials used and the ergonomic design give this table excellent stability.
