During his career, POUCHAIN worked for many companies, including Philips, Braun, Moulinex and Whirlpool. He designed a wide variety of products, including appliances, lighting, furniture, sporting goods and musical instruments.
POUCHAIN was particularly known for his minimalist, functional style, inspired by simple geometric shapes and industrial materials. He won several awards for his designs, including the Prix du Design de la Ville de Paris in 1988.
Sadly, Jacques POUCHAIN died prematurely at the age of 50 in 1996, leaving behind him an important legacy in the field of industrial design.
