A rare Tønnestav set of 4 dining chairs in plywood, designed by Kjell Richardsen for Tynes Møbelfabrik, Norway 1960. This exquisite set comprises four stackable dining chairs, produced for a brief period in 1960. Crafted from plywood veneered slats, the chairs boast a seamless and sleek sophistication. The chairs are in good original condition. The wood is meticulously refinished. The chairs are robust and highly functional, boasting a rich, full wood color, while the chrome bases remain in very good condition. There are two sets of these chairs available. However, each set has a slightly different color tone. These four chairs are slightly darker than the others. Together, they form a stunning set of eight chairs.
