Vintage oak chest of drawers with 5 drawers for C.W.S Furniture

A beautiful piece of vintage and mid-century furniture in a five drawer oak chest by C.W.S furniture. The cabinet consists of five hand crafted drawers with each one having superb dove tail jointing and offering excellent storage, on each drawer front there are two pull handles with each one super ornate and in gold. The cabinet has a back riser running along the top of the cabinet and with the chest sitting on a oak plinth base. The tallboy has been hand crafted by C.W.S furniture who are the Co-operative wholesale society who produced high quality furniture to sell within there retail stores, to the back the chest has it's original white C.W.S label. The chest is a stunning and genuine piece of vintage and mid-century furniture with great proportions that looks amazing with a wonderful look and styling that would suit any home or environment Dimensions W 30 inches D 18 Inches H 43 Inches H to the riser 44 Inches Condition The chest is made of oak, the chest has been hand sanded back to the original wood then French polished and waxed and is in superb condition.
