Vintage 5-drawer oak cabinet from Avalon Yatton

A beautiful piece of vintage and mid-century furniture in five drawer chest by Avalon Yatton. The cabinet consists of five hand crafted drawers with each drawer having superb dove tail jointing and offering excellent storage. The top drawer has two pull handles in gold and with each of the further four drawers having a recessed handle running discretely under the drawer front. The chest is commonly known as a bee hive chest as each of the drawers has a slightly sloped front and can look like a beehive while to the base the chest sit's on four black tapered legs with a gold finial end cap. The cabinet has been hand crafted by Avalon Yatton and bears there makers label within the top drawer. The chest is a stunning and genuine piece of vintage and mid-century furniture that looks amazing with a wonderful light colour and styling that would suit any home or environment Dimensions W 34 inches D 18 Inches H 41 Inches Condition The chest is made of solid wood with a oak veneer, the chest has been hand sanded back to the original wood then French polished and waxed and is in superb condition.
