About this vintage design furniture

This chrome Bauhaus tubular steel sofa was amde in the former Czechoslovakia in the 1940´s. The design probably follows the design of Anton Lorenz. About the designer

Anton Lorenz

Anton Lorenz (1892-1964) was a Hungarian designer who worked in the fields of interior architecture, furniture and mass production. He studied at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Vienna and worked for architects such as Adolf Loos before founding his own company in 1920.
