About this vintage design furniture
This large Art Deco vase in transparent and frosted glass painted black was created by Russian artist Anatole Riecke, signed and dated 1932. Master Glassmaker at La Coupole, Paris, he was responsible for the emblematic Art Deco décor of this Parisian landmark during the 1930s. Rectangular and of variable thickness, this vase is decorated with geometric skyscrapers in frosted glass painted black, echoing the artist's cubist influence. This piece is in superb condition.
