About this vintage design furniture

Pair of mid century armchairs from the 1960´s. This furniture were designed by Karel Vyčítal and Miloš Sedláček for Dřevotvar Jablonné nad Orlicí in the former Czechoslovakia. Miloš Sedláček and Karel Vyčítal were leading Czechoslovak post-war architects who worked for the Czechoslovak firm Dřevotvar Jablonné nad Orlicí. Their work was obviously inspired by post-war Scandinavian design, which they not only drew inspiration from, but tried to modify it in various ways. This piece of furniture is made of high-quality beech wood and upholstery. It´s in good Vintage condition, showing slight signs of age and using. Price is for the pair.
