Vintage “Campagna” coffee service by Wolf Karnagel for Rosenthal Studio Linie, Germany 1970

Coffee and tea set for 6 people, minimalist design by Wolf Karnagel for Rosenthal Studio Linie in the mid-century modern style, manufactured in Germany in the 1970s. This beautifully designed  set is part of the Terra Campagna series. The set includes: 6 x cups, 6 x saucers, 6 x dessert plates, a jug, a sugar bowl and a milk jug. The cups and milk jug have a beige glaze with a thin dark brown stripe on the edge and a satin finish. The saucer, jug and sugar bowl are dark brown with a satin finish. The dessert plate has a finish identical to the cup. All items are signed. Cup diameter 7.7 cm Cup height 7 cm Saucer diameter 15.2 cm Mirror on a saucer, 4.2 cm jug height 18 cm The items are in very good vintage condition with only minor signs of wear.
