Set of 4 vintage chairs in solid teak and straw by Niel Otto Møller, Denmark 1960

Series of 4 model 75 chairs created in the 60s by Danish designer Niels Otto Møller. Solid teak structure with straw seat. We love the contrast between the wood and the light golden straw. Usually corded, these seats have been expertly mulched by a straw craftsman. We opted for the more rustic look of straw rather than rope, giving them a warmer feel. Stable and sturdy, they are perfect around a table mixed with Ilmari Tapiovaara's Fanett chairs and Marcel Breuer's B32 chairs (see photo). Very good overall condition.
