Vintage enameled ceramic tureen by Jean de Lespinasse, France 1961

Tureen Signed "JdL" Jean de Lespinasse, Vallauris Ceramics, 1961 - France Charming tureen in enameled ceramic, manufactured in Vallauris in the 1950s, signed by the artist Jean de Lespinasse (1896-1979). It presents a beautiful organic decoration created by the combination of different colored stripes that contrast with the bluish background. The ornament is finished with fun and spontaneous navy blue incisions made with a punch. The two side handles have a fun shape, as well as the main handle on the lid, which is reminiscent of a crustacean fin. The color range oscillates around cold, happy and bright colors.
