About this vintage design furniture

Pair of chairs manufactured by the Danish firm Farstrup Stolefabrik in the 1960s. Structure in solid beech wood with an elegant and ergonomic boomerang-shaped backrest in teak veneer. Mid Century design that is already an icon that has served as inspiration to many of its Danish and Scandinavian contemporaries. The construction and union of its backrest to the rest of the piece and the subtle angle of inclination in its legs make it a modern and timeless classic. They are in an excellent state of conservation after having been completely restored and reupholstered. They have been sanded and polished by hand to recover all the splendor of their wood. After the polishing process, they have been finished with vegetable oil-wax to achieve that beautiful tone and natural shine and a silky touch. Finally, they have been reupholstered with artisanal beige herringbone cotton fabric. Reference : 303395
