About this vintage design furniture

The armchair was made in the 1960s, produced by the well-known Danish manufactory France and Son. It was designed by the leading Danish designer Sigvard Bernadotte. The structure was made of metal. Armrests made of wood. Wood after refurbishment. The armchair has undergone upholstery renovation, the sponges and fabric replaced with new ones. Upholstery was made in grey, high-quality fabric with a distinct weave was used. Condition: Fabric replaced with new, metal structure in good condition with normal signs of use. Minor scratches and marks visible. Larger signs of use are always shown in the photos. Product ready to use. *For safety reasons, the seat can be unscrewed for transport. Assembly should not be a problem. However, if in doubt, please contact us and we will send you an instructional video. About the designer

Sivgard BERNADOTTE

Sigvard Bernadotte, born January 24, 1907 in Stockholm and died February 4, 2002 in Küssnacht am Rigi, Switzerland, was a Swedish industrial designer. He was also Prince of Sweden, son of Prince Wilhelm of Sweden and the Russian Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna of Russia.
