About this vintage design furniture
Oak series book cabinet model ‘BE05’ designed by Cees Braakman for UMS Pastoe in the 1950s.
This cabinet is veneered in oak and has thick solid oak edges and feet. The door handle is made of solid beech and the insides are veneered with satinwood.
The cabinet is in fair condition. There are several marks, stains and small damages on the top, please see the photos for this. There is some damage to the inside of the door. The overall appearance is good.
