Vintage orange desk lamp in lacquered and chromed metal by J. Hurka for Napako, Czechoslovakia 1960

The New Look desk lamp was created in the 1960s in Prague for the Napako factory, designed by Josef Hurka. The lamp is made of lacquered and chromed metal. It features a conical shade mounted on a hinge; the angle of the shade can be altered as required. The lamp fits bulbs with an E27 socket and a switch in the shade; the lamp is sold without a bulb. The electrical installation is operational. The lamp is in good original condition, paint damage to lampshade, chrome undamaged, defects visible in photos.
