Pair of Scandinavian teak armchairs designed in 1956 by Peter Hvidt and Orla Molgaard Nielsen, Boomerang model or sometimes called FD-134. Teak frame and brass legs, upholstered spring seat and back. Refurbished cushions and fabric. Stamped.

About the designer
Peter HVIDT & Orla MOLGAARD NIELSEN
Hvidt & Mølgaard Nielsen is a mid-20th-century Danish design duo consisting of Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen. Peter Hvidt was born in Copenhagen in 1916 and studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts before working as a designer for various companies. Orla Mølgaard Nielsen was born in Copenhagen in 1907 and also studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, before working as an architect and designer.
