About this vintage design furniture
An eye-catching ceiling lamp designed by Tommaso Cimini and manufactured by Lumina in Italy in 1978.
This unique find is made of high quality black lacquered metal with a tubular metal folded arm, round ceiling rose and round shade with multiple layers. The lamp is easy to adjust in direction and position which makes it a versatile piece for any interior! It emits bright light that is nicely complimented by the unique structure of it’s shade. A highly recognizable quality piece of Italian mid-century design!
It remains in very good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.

About the designer
Tommaso CIMINI
Tommaso Cimini is an Italian designer born in Florence in 1947. He studied architecture at the University of Florence before turning to industrial design. In 1971, he joined the Italian company Artemide, where he worked closely with the famous designer Ettore Sottsass.
