Vintage rosewood and mahogany daybed, 1940

Modernist daybed from 1940. It certainly comes from an African country - without proof. Construction uses red wood species: solid elements - no veneer. Delivered with dense foam mattress - thickness 25 cm - ideal daybed mid-century banquette. The original woven rattan base is supplied, but the use of a modern slatted base is recommended depending on the project.
