About this vintage design furniture

One of the icons of Polish mid-century design, very rare today, pair of GFM 300-192 armchairs, designed by Juliusz Kedziorek - the author of many innovative and iconic furniture designs. The set was manufactured by the Goscicinska furniture factory in Poland in the 1960s. The structure is made of solid beech wood in a warm color, finished with a semi-matt satin varnish. The upholstery is made from a multicolored jacquard fabric with geometric motifs, unique and of the highest quality, designed by Antonina Kilis, from a very small weaving workshop. The whole set has been professionally restored - the wood has been manually cleaned of the old coating, stained and varnished. The tension belts were replaced, new upholstery foams were used and the fabric was readjusted. Reference : 295853
