All deliveries are made by specialised professional carriers.

> SMALL ITEMS: delivery is made directly by courrier service (DHL, UPS, etc.) with some exceptions (fragile items, etc.)

> BULKY or FRAGILE ITEMS: you will be contacted by email and/or telephone a few days before your delivery to arrange an appointment. Deliveries are made on a time slot defined by the carrier. 

The delivery options available are displayed during your shopping journey on our site and may vary from item to item, depending on its size, weight, etc. Here are the different options:

Building's Doorstep:
The delivery person will unload the items from the vehicle and place them on the pavement in front of your home. You will be responsible for them from this point onwards. For heavy or bulky items, arrange for a relative to help or choose the "in-Home" delivery option when available.

In-Home:
The delivery person will unload the items from the vehicle and drop them off inside your home, upstairs if you wish. For heavy or bulky items, a second delivery person will be present if required.

Pick up from the merchant:
If you wish, you can pick up the items from the merchant yourself and save on delivery costs! The distance between the merchant and the delivery address is indicated on each product. Once you have paid for your order, we will provide you with the merchant's address. Please note that if you choose this option, you will no longer have the 14 day delay to withdraw your purchase.

Delivery by the merchant:
When this option is available, the merchant will deliver the items to your address himself, at the curb. You will be responsible for them from that point onwards. For heavy or bulky items, arrange for a relative to help or choose the option of delivery to your home when available.
