About this vintage design furniture
A beautiful 1950s three-seater "Minerva" sofa by Danish designers Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen for France and Son.
In excellent reupholstered condition, the teal hopsack complements the rich teak wood.
This early version has a rare, original, sprung side cushion, designed to fit to the reclined backrest. It can be used if either side of the sofa is placed against a side wall.
This sofa can be easily transformed into a single bed for guests. It has been reconditioned throughout.
