About this vintage design furniture
Armchair designed by kerstin hörlin holmqvist for the Swedish manufacturer nordiska kompaniet in the 1960s. Beech frame and base, seat and back in floral fabric. In very good, stable condition with minimal wear to the fabric. Conforms to vintage condition. Seat height. 39cm. 23962.

Kerstin H. HOLMQUIST
1925 - 1997Kerstin Hörlin-Holmquist was a Swedish designer born on April 30, 1925 in Örebro, Sweden. She studied at the Stockholm School of Arts and Crafts and began her career in the 1950s as a textile designer for the Nordiska Kompaniet company.
