About this vintage design furniture
6 vintage Brutalist chairs from the 50's and 60's, French design attributed to Georges Robert, rustic chalet style in the taste of Charles Dudouyt or Charlotte Perriand, quality dark solid wood, straw seats, very nice work on the tapered legs widening at their base and the details on the top of the backrests. Good overall condition, with the charm and patina of the passage of time, a few traces of varnish overspray in certain areas of the wood.

About the designer
Tom ROBERTSON
Tom Robertson is an Australian designer based in Sydney, born in 1978. He is known for his minimalist approach and clean aesthetic. Robertson studied industrial design at the University of Technology, Sydney, graduating in 2002.
